What do you think? What is the most important thing for having a Fit body?
Work Out?
A good sleep?
Weight lifting?
Jogging?
Walking?

Many examples can be count, and they all have their place while preparing your fit body but the most important and valuable step for having workout is your DİET. We can work as much as we can at the gym, or run around the park for miles, or lift many weights but if our diet is not enough to feed our body or if our diet is too much for our body then whole workouts will be for nothing...
That is the point where the problems start because ther are too many delicious foods around us waiting to be eaten, shouting to us "eat me", but most of them are not good for out fit body. They even harmfull. Against all these foods to stop ourself is not that easy.
Now what to eat or what donot eat? How much should we eat from what? These are the questions we should ask before we start any Diet and Workout.
Thus I will give some details first about DİET then I will give details about workouts...
