What do you think? What is the most important thing for having a Fit body?
Work Out?
A good sleep?
Weight lifting?
Jogging?
Walking?

Many examples can be count, and they all have their place while preparing your fit body but the most important and valuable step for having workout is your DİET. We can work as much as we can at the gym, or run around the park for miles, or lift many weights but if our diet is not enough to feed our body or if our diet is too much for our body then whole workouts will be for nothing...
That is the point where the problems start because ther are too many delicious foods around us waiting to be eaten, shouting to us "eat me", but most of them are not good for out fit body. They even harmfull. Against all these foods to stop ourself is not that easy.
Now what to eat or what donot eat? How much should we eat from what? These are the questions we should ask before we start any Diet and Workout.
Thus I will give some details first about DİET then I will give details about workouts...

What is Fit Body?
Everybody has different choice and liking. Some likes a body full of muscles, some say it is enough that my belly and body fat gone, some says my legs and hip should be firm...
But FİT body is in dream off everybody which looks like a model at the showcase of a clothes shop. It is not fat and it is not thin, it is in the middle.
The muscles are clear, a straight stomach, upright and confident standing is the description of a FİT body.
In reality at public language it is called Beach Body...

For having a Fit Body,
It is the dream of everybody to have a fit body, even people say I am Ok with my body shape, at the deep of their mind they dream/think to have a fit body. Maybe 6 packs are not needed but it is in dream of all to have round arm muscles, thinny waist, rock hard back and upright standing...
But how to have a fit body? Why people could not make that dream real? Why they simply accepth how they are?
The answer are simple. They donot know the right way to do it. They use the wrong ways and they make their road longer than it is and they become fuel out. From this, from that etc. Many reasons can be found.
In my blog I will work to make RIGHT, all those wrongs...
